Candere returns process


If you need to return an item to Candere, follow these steps carefully to ensure your return is processed smoothly.


First, log in to your Candere account and go to the My Orders section. Select the option to request a return and provide the reason for your return, such as dissatisfaction with the product or a manufacturing defect.


Next, make sure to keep the jewellery in its original condition and packaging. This includes all accessories, tags, boxes, and paperwork, like the original invoice and any certificates such as IGI, GIA, HKD, or EGL. If the original certificate is missing, Candere will deduct the replacement cost from your refund.


After that, repack the item securely. Use the extra packing material provided with your order, but do not reuse the original packaging the order was shipped in. Avoid using tape or any other wrapping on the shipment and only use the seal provided. Then, call Candere’s customer service team to arrange a pickup. They will help coordinate a convenient time for the courier to collect your package from your doorstep.


Ensure the return package has the correct return address, which is listed on your packing slip. Refunds are processed to the same form of payment used for the original purchase. However, if your order was paid through digital wallets, gift cards, or the Candere Wallet, it will only be eligible for an exchange, not a direct refund. If no exchange is chosen, the amount will remain in your Candere Wallet for future purchases.


For items bought during promotions or sales, the refund will be based on the amount you paid, excluding any discounts or promotional benefits if the return affects your eligibility for those offers. If you used multiple payment methods, the refund will be processed proportionally across those methods.

If you receive a damaged, incorrect item, or an item you did not order, contact Candere immediately. They will arrange for an exchange or a full refund, including shipping costs, after verifying the issue. Which items can’t be returned to Candere?


Some items are not eligible for return under Candere’s policy. These include loose solitaire diamonds, gemstones, gold coins, bars, and frames. Custom-designed or bespoke items are also excluded from returns, as are Tushi products, which are only eligible for exchanges. Orders placed with the Double Gold Rate Protection (DGRP) benefit are only eligible for exchanges, with a 10% cancellation charge if returned.


Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alterations by a jeweler other than Candere will not be accepted. Additionally, removing the Non Returnable If Torn tag from any product disqualifies it from being returned.

If there is no manufacturing defect and you decide to return the product, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. For international orders, Candere does not currently support returns for items shipped outside India.
